The St. Bridget Sons of Mercy Council is meeting at St. Bridget Catholic Church. From 7 hwy go east on VV hwy approximately 1/2 mi., then turn left (North) on N. Lexington, go about 200 feet, the Church is on the left.
Second Thursday of each month, at St. Bridget Church in Ledwidge hall, 7:30pm.
Sons of Mercy Council was founded in 2002 through the efforts of the members living in Pleasant Hill, that were part of the Harrisonville Knights Council. St. Bridget's (Pleasant Hill) and Our Lady of Lourdes (Harrisonville) were sister churches, sharing the same priest, Father Brad Offutt. As of July, 2003, we were proclaimed a Parish! St Bridget was assigned a full time priest, Father Joseph Cisetti (2003). He was joined by Tim Long - Business Manager. Father Joe was re-assigned in July 2007 and Monsignor Murphy is now our pastor.
